OtakuRoom Framework lets established creators and studios package their own white-label app on the OtakuRoom technology stack โ your brand, your users, your content.
You focus on your audience and your work. We provide the technology: distributed cache, AI tooling, and publishing pipeline. We are currently evaluating demand; if this sounds interesting, write to us.
Think of it as the technology stack behind OtakuRoom, packaged as a licensable framework. You publish your own app; we provide the engine.
Your app ships with your name, your logo, your domain. The user experience is yours; OtakuRoom Framework is the engine under the hood.
Each packaged app can run on an isolated IPFS cache network. Your users and content are not mixed with other apps' users and content.
You connect your own payment channels. Your users' payments never pass through us and are not held by us. We settle with you separately for framework fees only.
Users register on your own server; accounts do not live under an OtakuRoom identity system. Subscriptions, follows, comments, and DMs all remain in a database you control โ we cannot read them and cannot take them with us.
The user server is provided as open source. Deploy it on any cloud or your own hardware for full control of the data path โ or use our managed hosting, billed by usage, and skip the ops work. The choice stays with you.
This is not for casual publishers. It is for creators who are ready to own the full creator-audience relationship.
If you are a studio, circle, or publishing group with an established audience and want a dedicated app instead of being one creator among many, this is for you.
If your audience has a clear identity โ a specific genre, language community, or content style โ a dedicated app lets you tailor the experience without diluting it.
You can run basic infrastructure (a cache server, domain, payment account). We provide the packaging tools and ongoing updates; you take care of operations.
You are willing to run your app within the laws of your jurisdiction and the content rules of the framework. We do not license the framework for use that would be illegal where you operate.
The distributed cache built into OtakuRoom Framework translates into two concrete benefits the moment you start using it.
Popular content is cached and relayed between users instead of going out through your origin every time. In typical ACG workloads (heavy images, manga, video), a substantial share of all downloads is served from the distributed cache โ directly saving the CDN or egress cost you would otherwise pay.
Your origin is no longer the single path to your users. Even if a node becomes temporarily unreachable, users can still fetch published content from the cache network. This is especially valuable during promotions, hit releases, or regional network disruptions.
Licensed apps can optionally plug into OtakuRoom's public cache nodes, or run entirely on their own isolated network. The more users come online, the faster and more resilient the network becomes โ a property traditional centralized CDNs cannot provide.
Public base fees, modest revenue share, and a negotiated path for partners that outgrow the standard tiers.

Revenue is self-reported; activity is measured anonymously by the official client telemetry. We take the higher of the two as the overage basis โ this keeps accounting simple and prevents the infrastructure from being consumed without sustainable compensation.
